Our Client is searching for a Mechanical Design Engineer that will be responsible for the design and optimization of assembly cells and related processes. This role will be key in enhancing production efficiency, collaborating with R&D and suppliers to develop innovative solutions while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Develop lithium-ion cells for EVs, energy storage, industrial, and special applications.
- Design and model pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical cells.
- Build a strong supply network for cell components.
- Lead R&D efforts, coordinating teams and advisors.
- Support top management in executing the technology roadmap, including ASSB development.
- Monitor market trends and evaluate new materials for performance, safety, and longevity.
- Analyze data to optimize battery systems, including BMS.
- Represent the company at global conferences.
- Strengthen and expand the team
Requisiti: Degree in Electrochemical or Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCad, SolidWorks Background in a battery company is a strong plus Team-building and time management skills R&D project experienc Proficiency in English is required.
