The Spare Parts Manager oversees and optimizes all spare parts operations to ensure efficient inventory management and meet sales targets. They monitor key KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also supports digital transformation efforts, including the upcoming SAP implementation.
Reaching and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets for spare parts
Driving continuous improvement across key KPIs, including:
- Stock Turnover Rate
- Stock Accuracy Ratio
- Idle Stock Ratio
- Order Processing Time
- Warehouse Utilization & Damage Rate
Proactively managing inventory to prevent overstock and aging stock issues
Boosting customer satisfaction through high parts availability and fast issue resolution
Leading and empowering the spare parts team with coaching, training, and regular performance reviews
Implementing data-driven corrective actions to address KPI deviations on a quarterly basis
Requisiti: Spare parts inventory and warehouse management with a focus on accuracy, availability, and cost efficiency Continuous analysis and improvement of key performance indicators, including stock turnover, inventory accuracy, and obsolete stock reduction Customer service excellence through timely parts availability and effective issue resolution Leadership and development of high-performing teams, including coaching, training, and performance management Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, for inventory control and process integration Proven ability to optimize stock levels, reduce aging inventory, and streamline warehouse operations Solid organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex challenges and deliver results Titolo di studio minimo: Comune e/o quartiere: Milano e provincia
