For our client, a multinational clean energy producer, we are looking for a Project Developer belonged to Protected Categories Art. 1 L.68/99.
- Develop utility scale PV/ storage projects as a part of the development team;
- Dealing with landowners with regards to negotiating land lease agreements, easements;
- Verify projects opportunities, according to the internal manual of the company, including land verification, environmental and spatial planning conditions;
- Manage permitting process under the supervision of Country Manager, including contact with local governance and other public authorities;
- Manage internal due diligence of third parties projects.
Requisiti: Be certified as Protected Categories Art. 1 L.68/99; Degree of Engineering (preferably environmental, civil, energy); Experience from working with renewable projects and permitting; Excellent English and Italian written and oral communication skills.
