Our client (a Big international company) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the demolition, civil construction, and installation of ancillary systems and equipment for a new facility.
This role is critical to the implementation of a large-scale industrial project, set within a complex international context from a regulatory, permitting, and environmental perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management (advanced degree preferred).
- Specialization in Project Management (nice to have)
- At least 10 years in site management roles
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record on large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects (heavyIndustrial)
- Strong experience with projects involving complex environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and bestpractices for heavyIndustrial) facilities.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Building codes and workplace safety regulations
- Fluency in English and good command of Italian.
