We are looking for a Engagement and External Relations Officer to work in the ENREL Unit.

Annual Salary: 40000€ - 50000€

The candidate is expected to: 

• Implement a community management framework, namely principles and best practices, as well maintenance of existing working instructions and KPI reporting;
• Handle corporate mailbox and document archiving, including provision of community management advise;
• Organise meetings, including agenda setting, preparing and delivering presentations, drafting minutes, preparing reports;
• Conduct and manage surveys and polls using Slido, Mentimeter, Microsoft Forms;
• Deliver community management training using existing materials;
• Guide service providers on training moderation and engagement;
• Run campaigns, including writing articles, update web content, boosting community management engagement;
• Make use of digital tools such as SharePoint, Canva, Power BI (preferred).

qualifiche

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level);
• Additional knowledge of Italian;
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in community management, stakeholder engagement, external relations, internal/external communication, digital knowledge and skills;
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience within European Authorities and Organisations;
• Behavioural competencies: team player, working with others; analysis and problem solving; drive for results; political savvy and strategic agility; multi-tasking.

Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension. Expected duration of assignment 12 months.

Salary: approx. €3702 per month before taxes.  

Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.
