Randstad Talent Selection is the division of Randstad Italia focused on the Search & Selection of qualified and highly specialized professionals.

Our client, a major international company in the pharmaceutical sector, has entrusted us with the search for a:

Finance Accountant

Retribuzione annua: 34000€ - 40000€

responsabilità

The Finance Accountant, reporting to the Finance Manager and integrated into an international context, will be involved in:

Management Account & Auditing:

• maintaining the accounting books of PCC Italia SPA based on corporate guidelines and local GAAP requirements
• accurate recording of revenue in accordance with International Accounting Standards and Group Accounting policy
• supporting the reconciliation of inventory and accurate accounting as per Group Accounting Policy

Budget Analysis & Support to the Local Team:

• supporting Group budgeting/budget checking activities related to the PCC Italia business
• supporting the team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial management packs for account management, Finance, and board review
• maintaining a business performance dashboard and reports on a periodic basis and creating new reports based on requirements

qualifiche

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• fluent knowledge of the English language
• proven accountancy experience
• strong knowledge of Local Accounting Rules. Knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage
• working knowledge of SAP Hana. Knowledge of SAP Business One is an added advantage
• excellent knowledge of Excel, including but not limited to Power Query and Macros
• knowledge of how to create effective presentations
• team-oriented mindset

Contract: Direct hire by the company

Salary: Annual Gross Salary (38,000-42,000€) and job level will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience.

Working Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday), with up to 2 days per week of remote work.

Location: San Giovanni Lupatoto (Verona), Italy
